Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 12th Annual Community Development Family Reunion at the Missouri Foundation for Health on April 25th, 2024..It is an honor and blessing to be able to come together each year to celebrate the leaders who are working relentlessly to change and revitalize our communities. There were so many smiles, warm hugs and heartfelt stories of the work that is being done and the work that is yet to do to bring about equitable and intentional community change.

The “St. Louis Community Development in Action” Photography Exhibit
In partnership with the Humans of St. Louis, CBN curated a series of personal stories about the impact community development activities has had throughout the St. Louis region. Building better neighborhoods doesn’t happen overnight and these stories showcase local champions who work tirelessly everyday to revitalize our communities.

Community Building Awards
Our Annual Community Building Awards celebrate people, organizations, governments, corporations, small businesses, and institutions who work hard to make our local neighborhoods safe, healthy, and welcoming places to live.
Each year, awardees are selected by a committee of peers and past awardees. Special thank you to our 2024 awards selection committee members: Alana Green, Becky Reinhart, Dana Malkus, Joseph Cavato, Jessica Payne, Kerri Bonasch, Latasha Barnes, Michele Duffe, Nancy Thompson.
